About the teacher
Konrad Bouffard is an entrepreneur, educator, and storyteller with a passion for turning complex ideas into memorable experiences. He and his wife, Elizabeth, founded Round Rock Honey in 2003 with four backyard hives and a farmers market table, growing it into one of Texas’ most beloved brands.
A graduate of Southwestern University and Indiana University, Bloomington, Konrad spent ten years as a high school teacher in Austin-area schools, earning both a national Parents’ Choice Teaching Award and an Innovative Teaching Grant for his creative approach to education.
When he’s not advocating for bees, he’s cycling through Texas logging more than 5,000 miles a year.
